Gentle exercise throughout pregnancy can support your overall physical and mental health. Studies have shown that 30 minutes of walking can be more effective than an anti-depressant drug. It is important to avoid exercise that may cause damage or strain to your body. Consult your medical practitioner for advice if you are unsure about suitable exercise during pregnancy.
