“Esoteric Yoga develops the quality that becomes the movement that you will magnify throughout your body.” – Serge Benhayon
In this busy and modern-day, it is easy to go from A to B in life without much awareness of our body and its movements. We become used to running on auto-pilot and in stress without questioning the effect on our health, well-being, and life. Such disconnection to the body can contribute to exhaustion, burn-out and illness.Esoteric Yoga reminds us that connection to the body is key, as every single choice affects our state of being. Esoteric Yoga supports conscious presence, which is simply keeping our mind focused on our body so that we are aware of what we are doing and the quality we are doing it in – this is the opposite of living in dis-connecting. The development of body awareness allows the possibility of feeling at ease amidst the daily tensions we face.

Esoteric Yoga can be done laying down or sitting in a chair. It is presented as a sequence of simple, gentle and everyday movements that support us to reconnect to our natural stillness and harmony.
Esoteric Yoga offers the support to choose the quality in which we move, express, and live each day. It is considered a way of living, rather than a practice and therefore continues well beyond a session.
Whether one feels anxious, tired, stressed, exhausted, fit, healthy or vital, Esoteric Yoga holds something valuable for everyone. Esoteric Yoga, essentially, supports us to connect to a way of living in stillness that comes naturally from the body.
Sessions can be undertaken as a single session or as part of a program or course.
